Some sales talk, anyone ? A million things I'm excellent at and that single silly tiny shadowside, inspired by the "Curriculum Vitae for Dummies", to make me look human.

Not today, not here.

As much as I love cooking, perhaps my only drive is the countdown until it's being served. The forbidden fruit that enters the dining room and is being tamed by forks and knives. Guests indulging in roasts and gravy, gratin dauphinois, crème brûlée, green curry with beef or bisque with armagnac. In any given order they prefer.

That's what life is all about. Temptation. Targets. Mountains. Sweets.
The fun of looking forward to and working on something.
Getting there, alone, with friends, with colleagues.
Learning, discovering, sharing, connecting. Heh, I'm an autodidact.
No experience more pleasing than driving home from work, cruising the highways, with a feeling of complete fulfilment.
Of having done the right thing. Of having spent the day well. Of having your appreciation.

That, ladies and gentlemen, is what I'm working for. To make you and myself happy. Plain and simple.
Symbiosis in a simple and humble form. Creating something and getting appreciation and respect in return. Asking for something and getting it done the way you wanted to have it. Then laugh and share some stories.

I could write some programs for you, do some project management, reply to your e-mails and heck, even cook your lunch.
As long as there's a reason for me to love what I'm doing, you'll find all the support you need in me.
